Accurately confirm the site’s readiness for pouring, ensuring concrete is not dispatched before official approval from the supervisor to avoid rejected deliveries.

Consider distance, road conditions, construction progress, and crew efficiency to determine dispatch intervals.

Avoid over-supply (preventing truck congestion and excessive slump loss near initial setting time).

Prevent under-supply (eliminating cold joints in structures due to delayed deliveries).

Balance drivers’ shifts, order priority, load quantities, and site difficulty levels to maintain efficiency and morale.

Organize day/night shifts and overtime schedules.

Prevent queue-jumping and disputes during truck loading.

Collaborate with labs, sales, materials, production, and maintenance teams.

Monitor material stocks, equipment status, and production capacity for emergency adjustments.

Maintain clear decision-making in chaotic environments (constant calls, background noise, urgent demands).
